Yml file for lecture MLT-04

Hello,

Does anyone have the yml file to reproduce the environment of MLT-04 lecture. 



I want to run the codes in lecture MLT-04 on a different machine and need to reproduce the environment  with exact versions of library used and their dependencies. 



Not sure if this file was provided in the live lecture but I can't find it.
