Video player broken

Course Name: Financial Time Series Analysis for Trading, Section No: 27, Unit No: 1, Unit type: WaterMarkVideo

 

video player is broken.

audio is playing  but screen is black.

I tried different browser, logged out and logged in

Pls fix it as soon as possible since i was supposed to study this evening

The video seems to be working fine on our end. Could you let us know which browser you’re using?



You can also try:

  1. Updating your browser
  2. Clearing cache and cookies
  3. Checking for any background apps/extensions that might be running a recording

Hi Rushda,

Browser is Chrome: Version 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (arm64) on mac osx

I cleared cache and cookies ( i also tried with incognito mode)

I have no background app recording screen.



I also tried to log in on firefox private mode and the audio would play but the video won't start
