Trouble intslalling TA-Lib of Windows 10 64

Hi, I am having trouble installing TA-Lib on windows 10 64



From other thread, I tried to get this whl.

The page or document cannot be found error



Please help

Please refer to this QuantInsti blog to install Ta-Lib through the .whl file. You can obtain the .whl file from here.
