You can purchase the historical data from an exchange authorized vendor for the said period. If you are only concerned with which constituents were at a particular time in the index, I believe that data can be available with vendors which provide fundamental financial data as well (Refinitiv or Bloomberg).
Please confirm with any such vendor on the specifics of what data will be provided and whether it satisfies your requirements.
You may also scour historical financial news articles/feeds for stocks entering and exiting the index, but again, this depends on the availability of the data source.
