Order of pages 1 and 2 is not right.  If you do not look at the left pane, you would miss the page number 2.  Page numbers skip from 1 to 3.

Thanks for your feedback. Although my colleagues and I don't seem to encounter the mentioned issue on our systems, we are still looking closely at it and making the necessary improvements where required.
