Where can I get the NSE index (nifty and bn) option chain historical data for backtesting. Apart from data vendors and brokers? any reliable and free resources? Dont recommend the manual NSE download method which is timeconsuming. thanks

When it comes to getting data its better to go for an NSE empaneled vendor for reliable data. You can find the list of these vendors on the NSE website, or simply click here. You can also get a list of NSE authorized data vendors here.



It's difficult to find free data resources for options chain data.
