Live demo keep on terminated

Hi…



I'm having this issue quite a few times already…when demo live trading started, it kept being terminated everytime…The error messages are as below…





"

blueshift_brokers.utils.exceptions.ServerError: connection request timed out.
 
[WARNING | 2020/11/24, 18:37:01] BlueShift Alert[2020-11-24 05:37:01.951120-05:00] WARNING in warn:cannot refresh data after reconnect.
 
[ERROR | 2020/11/24, 18:37:08] BlueShift Alert[2020-11-24 05:37:08.952343-05:00] ERROR in _socket_thread_cleanup:thread join timed out ."



When I first ask regarding this, I was told to renew my api key with FXCM.

But it kept happening although I renew th API key.

Can someone help?

It might be a problem with your API permissions. Can you please send a request to blueshift-support@quantinsti.com with the problem description.
