Learning material doesn't link in Section 4 Unit 17

In Deep Reinforcement Learning in Trading, Section 4 Unit 17 has a learning materical link which fails.  The following error is displayed when trying the link:

"Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress."
