Identifying bot Accounts

I am running a jupyter notebook provided by quantra Identify bot accounts but when I run the following code, I get an error:

bot_score = botometer.check_account('@elonmusk')

TypeError: user_timeline() takes 1 positional argument but 2 were given

Second, I see most of the time our queries are not answered even waiting for days.
An expert on quantra must be there in answering our queries within 24 to 48 hours.

I have a total of 4 courses and sometimes I think that I shouldn't have spent money
when my queries are not getting answered.

However, I will appreciate if someone answers my query. I have an assignment to
submit.

Thanks

Hi Saurabh,

I ran the referenced notebook and it seems to run without any errors. Can you help me with a few things here?

Can you provide the entire error code, which you faced so that I can understand how this happened? If possible, maybe you can try to update the botomoter library. Or set the botometer version as 1.6. That might help in a way.

A point to note is that the botomoter API, while it is really good, the code has to be executed a few times to get the results whether a particular twitter id is a bot or not.

But yes, please share the error code if possible, so that we can resolve it.

Thanks.
