Error on live trading

Hi Quantra…Hoping for you to give some light on these error messages:

....I have already renew my token..But still, error and eventually the live trading shutdown.

If you have already tried resetting of the token, we would need more information in debugging this. Can you please send a mail to blueshift-support@quantinsti.com.

It has been more than 24 hours…but feedback from support : None.



Is this the normal customer's expectation fulfillment?
