Do I need both quantra_py environments?

Hello,

Course Name: Python for Trading: Basic, Section No: 13, Unit No: 7, Unit type: Creating a Python Environment Document

Page 4 shows how to create a machine-learning environment and a non-machine-learning environment.  Does the ML environment include everything that the non-ML environment includes? or do I need to install both?

I need to install just the ML environment since the ML environment includes everything that the non-ML environment has.
