Course videos not loading - Getting errors and blank screen

Hi 



Course videos are not loading and getting constant error messages. I have tried multiple browsers and still the issue persists. 



Sometimes when the video loads, the screen is black but audio is playing.



Please help to fix this.

  2. Safari - version 17.2
