Anaconda promt from Mac

I have parallels on my m1 macbook so can run anaconda on the windows side and Mac side. How do you Bring up the anaconda promt from the Mac side. On the windows side it comes up if you type it in the search but the only thing that comes up on the Mac side is the ability to launch anaconda. However there is a terminal to anaconda on the Mac side. Is the terminal the same thing as the promt or is there a way to access it form the Mac side?

The "Anaconda Prompt" on Windows is the same as the "Terminal" on Mac.
