.zip file is not UTF 8 encoded

While opening the python for Trading basic resource in jupiter i am getting python for TRading basic resource.zip is not UTF 8 encoded.What to do kindly suggest?

You need to extract the ZIP file on your local system and then open the .ipynb files inside the extracted folder in the Jupyter Notebook. Please let us know if the problem presists after performing the above steps.
