Not Able to Load Plugin

I have subscribe to the Option Trading Advance Course on Quantra but not able to access some of the module and the error being shown is not able to load plugin. 



May kindly help to resolve the issue.

The document is opening on our systems. We checked with a few other users as well. Can you please try opening it on a different system or a faster internet connection?
