Juypter Notebook is not available

does anyone like me it recently prompted error message as

Oops! Something didn’t go as planned!

Please refresh the notebook to try again.
If that does not work, kindly visit this help document.

I tried either using mac os or windows 11. it has same prompted

This may have been a temporary glitch. We checked from our end, the Jupyter Notebook is working.
