I realize that you arnt really interested in helping people, you are just interested in selling your low quality courses that barely scratch the surface of all the topics you advertise. Its like you make the courses sound really good in the introduction page but when you go into the course they are always shallow.



When I first started to speak with you it said I would have alot of feedback and help. Not to mention that the blushift platform is NOT working properly and YOU have admitted to this. When I ask questions often times take over a week to reply and then threaten me the on way I speak to sales representatives. Ive been ignored on mediums then you use the same said mediums to contact me when you have a sale.



If there are 3 ways to do something in a field for example (grid search, random search, Bayes optimization) the course would often times use the absolute worst and outdated/antiquated/primitive method of the 3. Then when you ask about it they say things like they never promised any codes that you can apply to the market with decent performance. 



Its all seems very disgraceful extremely unscrupulous, then you disrespect me by acting high handed and like you know it all and from the few meetings Ive had with the personnel, I realized alot of the people who reply to us(the client’s messages) arnt even experienced with trading live or even mean reversion for that matter.



Do us all a huge favor and really look at yourselves look at your quality assurance/ research and development. Im thankful for the experience but the state of the products you offer needs a lot of reworking.

If I have a code and I have a logical error ( A logic error produces unintended or undesired output or other behaviour), can you correct it? Or direct me? I know this could mean you fixing a lot of issues you have seen in client's code, but is it something you as a company would help me with?

I do not have sythax errors or runtime its logical and I’m following a template found on your site. So its performance should resemble. I’m wondering where I went wrong(logical error/s I presume). Ive emailed you the code before and you have given me feedback on the code also but I was at a point where i couldnt figure out whats wrong with it.



So if I’m going about it the wrong way you are saying I’m not entitled to you helping?
