I checked the notebook which you have mentioned on the portal as well as the zip file, and it seems to be working fine. 



Can you help me by mentioning the error which you are getting when you try to read the file. If you would like to update the contents of the file, you can check the section "Data for Assets Constituting S&P 500" in the notebook in section 2, unit 4 of the Getting market data course to create your own csv file consisting of the data for the time period you wish to create the screener.
