Having own Trading Desk in UK

After course anyone opened their own Trading Desk in UK. I am in mid of finishing my course, planning to open on my own . Wanted to know more about that in UK regulations and any licensing issues etc

how do you get option data for uk stocks like greeks , last traded price of option and underlying etc.
