conditions to long and short are opposed, is this correct?: 

"To recap, our strategy will enter:

  1. Long when regime == 1 and moving average st>=mt
  2. Short when regime ==-1 and moving average st<=mt It will exit:
  3. Long when regime == 1 and moving average st < mt
  4. Short when regime ==-1 and moving average st > mt"
