Can I use Visual Studio Code instead of Jupyter Notebook?

Hello… So, the course talks about using Jupyter notebook. I have Visual Studio code with Python already installed. Is that okay, or should I install Jupyter Notebook? Thanks.

Hi,

You can use that as well, but you will have to install the required Python libraries. We have mentioned Jupyter notebook as we have created instructions to create a virtual environment with the required libraries needed for backtesting and analysis of data.
