while calculating rsi, why we use lkbk - 1

In the notebook, "Assemble States" we had created a variable "lkbk" which could be optimised later on. Since, all technical indicators were using same variable but needed different values, they were adding or subtracting from the "lkbk" variable to get the results.

In the notebook, the RSI values were calculated on a period of 19. Hence, the values was "lkbk-1". We would change this in the exercise and keep the "lkbk" variable as 19 itself, to avoid confusion.
