The codes only show the strategy how it works, may I know when to enter/exit at the most appropriate time?

You will find a detailed explanation of the entry and exit conditions for the strategy under the section on Butterfly Strategy Backtest (Section 17 in the same course).
However, a personal suggestion from my end would be to avoid skipping through any sections. This is because the flow of the section has been designed in a manner to help you grasp and implement each of the concepts in the ideal order.
