When are the course certificates for "Mean Reversion Strategies" issued upon completing a course?

I just completed my course “Mean Reversion Strategies in Python”. I am indicated that I completed 84% of the course although I watched all the videos and answered the questions. I suppose the 16% missing is due to the fact that I very much prefer to work on my local Python setup than the one offered by the cloud so I can check in the code in my repositories and amend accordingly.

My questions are:

  1. When my digital/physical course certificates will be issued.
  2. What percentage does one have to complete in order to receive a certificate (75%?).
