Hi,



I am trying to download my certificate from "Trading Strategies with News and Tweets" which I did a year ago, but after clicking on the download button, a message appears No certificates received yet.



I need this certificate to be sent to someone. Please assist in downloading this certificate. I am not sure who to contact for this problem.

Due to changes in the Twitter API, the course "Trading Strategies with News and Tweets" was discontinued in August 2023 and revamped into a new course titled "News Sentiment Trading Strategies". Consequently, you are unable to access the certificate of completion for the unpublished course "Trading Strategies with News and Tweets".

The revamped course "News Sentiment Trading Strategies" offers a deep dive into sentiment analysis of news, four trading strategies, LLMs, VADER for Sentiment Analysis, a hands-on capstone project, and a live trading template. The revamp was done to ensure the course's relevance and effectiveness.

You were provided complimentary access to this course in October 2023. I notice that you have already completed 86% of the "News Sentiment Trading Strategies". Please complete 90% of the course to receive the certificate of completion.

Thanks, Varun, I can understand, but I have to send the certificate to the recruiter. The course was done two years ago. So, it is kind of an experience for me that I have gained in these two years. Recent certificate might not have that impact. So, I wanted that certificate. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if something could be done about it.
