I was reviewing the above course &I was impressed by the contents but I am apprehensive about its implementation as the tick dat provided by data provider is 1 minutes stamped and which platform the earning can be implemented in Indian stock market, NSE.
Further requirements of infrastructure I not known, besides, the capital requirements for trading.
Can, someone who has learnt the course and implemented throw some light.
Hello Prakash,
You can check the list of data vendors that provide Tick-by-Tick (TBT) data here. Some of the vendors in this list also provide TBT data. Here are the NSE's empanelled vendors of trading platforms, most of which provide a platform to deploy MFT (Medium Frequency Trading) strategies.
Regarding the capital requirement and hardware, the capital required for MFT can vary depending on your trading strategy and the markets you trade. Unlike high-frequency trading, MFT does not require expensive hardware and high-speed access to financial data. It can be implemented with moderate capital and trading infrastructure compared to high-frequency trading. You can also opt for co-location facilities to decrease the latency in getting the data and order execution which could increase the cost of infrastructure.
I hope this helps, please let us know if you have any additional queries on this.
