I have tried every possible way using conda or terminal (brew) to install talib, but I always get the same error. Any help is much appreciated.

Can you try this - Open the terminal on your Mac and write this:

conda install -c conda-forge ta-lib

You can also use this blog as a reference. Hope this helps.
