Running strategy from Ibridgepy to IBKR - Connecting issue

Hi, I am trying to connect to my paper trading account. When I run RUM_ME.py from anaconda prompt, the system is unable to connect. It tries to connect throut each port one by one and then stops for 10 seconds and tries again. Not being successful.



I get following message



"Try to connect Interactive Brockers: …port=7496 ClientId="



What should I do to fix this?
