Reinforcement Learning – Coding Z-score not clear z = (X – μ) / σ

In Reinforcement Learning Part II, section 10 , Unit 5, using Z-Score as a method for Stationary features no code for z-score. And further the use of stationary features Input for High/open, Low/Open and Close/open as a percentage returns with respect to the open price  there is no sample code available. Can someone provide sample code?

You will find the relevant code in Unit 11 of Section 11. This is a notebook named Assemble States where you will learn how to create input features and construct the state.
