If i enroll for the course, can the dispersion trading strategy be helpful for me if I prefer using excel and spreadsheets rather than python or are the downloadables and strategy creation are only based on python?

In the course, the implementation of the strategy is demonstrated only using python codes. However, the concepts and strategy logic can be implemented on other platforms including excel. However, given the complexity and number of instruments traded, I feel it is best to use Python for dispersion trading. Thanks
