PHYTHON INSTALLATION ERROR

After entering code
conda env create -f https://quantra.quantinsti.com/downloads/machinelearning/environment.yml
I am getting following error please assist me.

Hi Shiva,

To solve this error, you can try updating Microsoft Visual C++ to version 14.0 or greater. For instructions on how to do it, you can refer to the "Troubleshooting Tips For Setting Environment" section in the QuantInsti blog post -https://blog.quantinsti.com/set-up-python-system/.
