Network vs file Input Shape mismatch

There's an issue with loading network weights because indicator_model.h5 shape is smaller than the initialized networks

"Cannot assign value to variable ' dense/kernel:0': Shape mismatch.The variable shape (148, 148), and the assigned value shape (138, 138) are incompatible."

I am not able to replicate the issue. It would be great if you could provide some more details and the error stack for the same.
