spx_options_raw_data folder is not present is data_modules ../data_modules/spx_options_raw_data/

Yes, this data would not be readily available in the data_modules folder. As mentioned in the notebook (Section 7 Unit 8), you will have to download the necessary data (as explained in this unit) and change the path/folder name.
