Jupyter notebook does not launch

Course Name: Financial Time Series Analysis for Trading, Section No: 4, Unit No: 14, Unit type: Notebook

I have been repeatedly trying to access this notebook, but the instance does not launch. I am thrown the following error message:

# Oops! Something didn't go as planned!

Please refresh the notebook to try again.

I wonder whether this is a temporary issue. I have worked on the quantinsti platform for the past hours and have not yet had a problem loading notebooks.
