I can access your strategy code now. I copy pasted and it ran fine for. For example see here (link will be deleted in a week or so). While choosing the backtest parameters, please make sure the initial capital is enough to take positions. Please check if the parameters in the link above does not work for you?
Also while creating a strategy, it is important to make sure it is efficient and tradeable. I see the max lookback used in the indicators (26) are much less than the requested data (37515 minutes). This can be made more efficient by requesting smaller data bars. Also, with a historical data request of 37515 minute bars, it may not be tradable, as most brokers will have tight limits on intraday historical data request (for e.g. to 2 days or 1000 bars).
The provided link is not accessible. I can see only a white screen.
I am also unable to understand how it should take trades. Because when I run the code it is generating the signal but not taking any trade.
