Inconsistency in the question

Course Name: Deep Reinforcement Learning in Trading, Section No: 9, Unit No: 6, Unit type: Quiz

"action 1 → Buy"

Earlier in this section action = 1 meant "Sell" rather than "Buy". (In my view incorrect, it should be "Buy", as, for instance, Fix 4.2 protocol tells us: https://www.onixs.biz/fix-dictionary/4.2/tagnum_54.html). Why did action = 1 changed to "Buy" in this question?
