IbridgePy: Try brokerClient IB port=7496 - Error 978

Hellow Everyone, 



I installed the newest version of Ibridgepy last night and tried running RUN_ME.py. 



I have TWS and IBGateway set up and followed everything including setting port to 7496 and as well as uncheckmaring "Read-only API" etc. 



I have Python 3.7.4 running on Pycharm and the newest version of IbridgePy: 18.3.2 



I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Here is the full error:
