How accurate is Yahoo Finance data for Indian stocks?

Shall I download and use the same for my analysis and apply my trade in Zerodha

Yahoo Finance data is sourced from a variety of exchanges and financial institutions. For live trading, it is a good practice to use data provided by the broker you are trading with or a trusted data provider.
 
While Yahoo Finance has a good reputation, it is always better to make sure you are using the error free data and cross check it with other sources, and not to rely on it solely.
