Day Trading strategies for beginners - not able to see sample code on left side of scrn of blueshift

In section 9 - 1 of day trading strategies for beginners, after clicking on Backtest button, i am not able to see sample code learned in previous section like gap_up_down_strategy. I learned vectorized format of programming. I want to have a glimpse of event driven format of programming. Secondly, I don’t have a broker’s a/c , then how to see paper trading? In case if you need screenshot of the screen, then guide as to where to share screenshot .

Hi,
I tried it, and the code was present on the left side of the screen. Sometimes if we zoom out or in, the display elements (in Windows, the “Ctrl” and “+” keys together), then the code can be seen.
If possible, you can upload the screenshot on the google drive or any upload service and share the link with us on quantra@quantinsti.com and we can check.

With respect to the part about seeing paper trading, right now we have alpaca paper trading support in blueshift which you can check for us equities. you can also check the free course Free Course: Automated Trading with IBridgePy using Interactive Brokers Platform which consists of event-driven code as well.
