So why is there a Section 15 named "Python Installation Overview" in the course "Quantitative Portfolio Management" ?

Hello Jane,

That is optional content which guides you to install python in your local system along with the Quantra environment. Once the Quantra environment is set, you can run the notebooks presented in the course in your local system and also implement the concepts learned on your datasets.
