In the exercice, are you sure this is a Q Table?

Because, in the course, you said that the actions are the columns and the states are the rows.

You are right, the video does mention the Q table to have states for rows and actions for columns, but there is no hard and fast rule for the same. Q table is simply a lookup table to obtain the particular Q values corresponding to the state-action pair.
